01About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Tokyyy consumer app and website, provided by Music Reactions d.o.o., Croatia. By creating an account or using the service after being given these terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
An event, product purchase, token package or paid card may have additional terms presented before purchase. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
02Your account
Provide accurate registration details, keep them up to date and use only accounts and cards you are entitled to access. You must meet the applicable requirements for entering into this agreement and the eligibility rules communicated for the service.
Keep your password, PIN, payment codes and device secure. Tell support@tokyyy.com promptly if you believe your account or card has been used without permission. Responsibility for unauthorised activity is determined by applicable law and the circumstances.
03Cards, tokens and event purchases
Tokyyy lets you manage supported physical and virtual event cards. Each card has its own balance. Before a top-up or payment, check the selected card, organiser, amount and any restrictions.
Token acceptance, package prices, fees, validity and the seller responsible for the purchase must be disclosed before you confirm. Do not assume that tokens for one card or organiser can be used at another event.
Event entry, age checks and the supply of drinks, goods or services are governed by the applicable event and purchase terms. A token balance does not itself guarantee admission to an event.
04Top-ups and payments
Review the total price, currency, token quantity, selected card and any fees before authorising payment. Payment processing is subject to the applicable provider’s requirements and verification checks.
A pending or failed payment may take time to reconcile. Check your activity before repeating a top-up and contact Support with the transaction reference if the balance appears incorrect. Do not send your full payment-card number, security code or password to Support.
05Transfers and payment codes
Where transfers are available, check the recipient and token amount before confirming. Transfer availability and restrictions depend on the relevant card and event configuration.
Keep payment codes private and show them only to the intended terminal or authorised staff. If you send tokens to the wrong recipient or suspect misuse, contact Support promptly. Recovery depends on the transaction status, applicable rights and the recipient or organiser involved; it is not guaranteed.
06Refunds, expiry and cancellation
Before buying, review the applicable refund, token-expiry and unused-balance rules and the identity of the seller. Those rules must be made available before the transaction and remain subject to mandatory consumer law.
Refund requests, duplicate charges, event cancellations and unused balances are assessed under the relevant purchase terms and applicable law. Use in-app Support or support@tokyyy.com and include your order reference and a description of the issue.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, the seller must explain how and when to exercise it. Any exception or early-performance request must meet applicable legal requirements. These terms do not create a blanket ‘no refunds’ rule or automatically waive withdrawal rights.
07Paid cards and subscriptions
If a paid card or subscription is offered, the price, billing interval, renewal conditions and cancellation method must be shown before you subscribe. Keep the purchase confirmation for your records.
Cancelling future renewal is separate from requesting a refund for an existing charge. Your right to cancel, any access after cancellation and treatment of remaining tokens depend on the disclosed offer and applicable law.
08Acceptable use
Use Tokyyy lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, access another person’s account or card without authority, exploit payment or balance errors, interfere with the service, or use it for fraud.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate steps to protect users, transactions and the service. Security controls do not remove your ability to raise a genuine dispute or exercise legal rights.
09Availability and account closure
Features may depend on your device, connectivity, event setup and third-party services. We may maintain or update the service and will give appropriate notice of material changes where required.
Access may be restricted for a serious breach, security concern or legal requirement. Where permitted, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about the decision.
You can request account closure through Support. Before closing an account, check remaining balances and subscriptions. Closure does not by itself resolve refunds, cancel every separate purchase contract or erase records that must legally be retained.
10Responsibility and your rights
We are responsible for providing the Tokyyy service in accordance with applicable law. The organiser or seller identified for a purchase is responsible for the obligations it undertakes for that event or purchase.
Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for a service that does not conform to the contract.
11Privacy and service materials
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Accepting these terms does not mean agreeing to optional marketing or tracking.
Tokyyy’s branding, software and service materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the app for its intended purpose; this does not transfer ownership of those materials or restrict uses permitted by law.
12Changes, complaints and contact
Material changes to these terms will be communicated in an appropriate way, with the effective date and any choices required by law. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
Contact support@tokyyy.com for service issues and complaints. Include your account email and relevant transaction reference. We will handle complaints within the time required by applicable law.
You retain the mandatory protections and access to courts or dispute-resolution procedures available under applicable consumer law.
